Life as a Grade 5 student

So far school is great fun. My friends and I are doing arts, writing, reading, Chinese, PE, and music. I have really enjoyed learning how Science can change our lives and help us develop (for example: the development of transportation and electricity). More recently, we have been learning about Art and how it can impact society and inspire change. We have done some cool collage art pieces inspired by the work of Liv Lee. I learned new Chinese words and dictated them. We also are using interesting articles to help with our understanding of the history of China and Science in Chinese. We play fun games during recess like football, and tag.  I love the balance between work and fun games.
